Location: Washington, DC

U.S. Congressman Mike Pence voted on a series of bills over the last week that would help increase the supply of American energy and help ease Hoosiers' pain at the pump. The bills were put forth by the American Energy Initiative and Congressman Pence is a cosponsor of each bill.

"The price of gasoline in Indiana is among the highest in the nation," said Pence.

"All Hoosiers are feeling the pain and with the summer travel season just around the corner, Indiana's families will continue to pay the price for our country's failed energy policy.

"By enacting the measures passed in the House, we can start to get Americans back to work and increase our domestic supply of oil, which will help bring down prices at the pump," said Pence.
